Go Littles is a Go Science brand, all details are made available using our legal company name Go Science.

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders—for example, if an item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. If we cancel your order after payment, we’ll promptly issue a refund.

8. Payment Terms

You must pay for your orders at the time of placing the order, using the payment methods made available on our website. We accept various forms of electronic payments through third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. On checkout page, Go Science would be mentioned, our legal business name. By entering your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and you authorize our designated payment processors to charge the full order amount (including any applicable taxes and fees) to that payment method.
Payment processing is handled by these third-party payment provider, Razorpay and Shopify, and Go Littles does not store your full credit/debit card information on our systems. All payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer or bank. If a payment is not authorized or fails for any reason, your order will not be processed. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from payment issues. In case of any payment gateway errors or delays, you may need to contact the payment provider for resolution.

For transaction failure/refund of failed transaction, our team is as good as an outsider as you are since payments are handled by 3rd party. Our team will extend all the support within our capacity to resolve your payment dispute with Razorpay but is not liable to involve and resolve issues between payment provider and you. For processing and verification, we may require your bank passbook copy, transaction ID, transaction screenshot and other necessary documents as Razorpay deems fit. The resolution is completely processed by Razorpay as we in no way are directly involved with their company/activities. We can assist you by sharing your complaint from our end, the resolution may take between 7 – 30 business days and more time in some cases. At any time during the process, you may be directly diverted to Razorpay to take up your issue. But, please be sure, we will be of all help within our rights, responsibilities and capacity. Once payment is successfully received by us, we will begin processing your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order after payment (for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock), we will notify you and arrange for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with our policies and the timelines of the respective payment provider. All refunds and reimbursements are subject to applicable policies of the payment gateway and your bank/card issuer.

10. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

All sales through Go Littles are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged—except if we make an error (such as delivering the wrong item). If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, notify us immediately with proof, and we’ll review the issue. This exception is strictly for mis-shipped items; quality concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.

11. Third-Party Services 

Go Littles utilizes a number of third-party platforms and service providers to operate our e-commerce business and deliver services to you. These include, but are not limited to: Shopify (our e-commerce platform provider), Razorpay (payment processing gateway), Zoho (for customer relationship management, and business operations), Jio DLT,, and Exotel (for OTP, order SMS and telephonic communications), and Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for website analytics and digital marketing. Third Party Logistics (3PL) , 3PL Delivery companies such as but not limited to Porter,Rapido, Swiggy, Shiprocket, Shawdowfax, etc for Deliveries

•    Third-Party Involvement: These third-party services are independent entities. When you use our website or services, your information may be processed by or shared with these third parties in order to facilitate payment transactions, coordinate deliveries, send notifications (such as order confirmations, OTPs, or delivery updates), or analyze and improve our services.

•  I agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, I further authorize the Company to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers.

•    No Control Over Third Parties: Go Littles does not own, operate, or control these third-party providers, and their services are provided pursuant to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or functioning of services provided by third parties. Any issues arising from the use of such third-party services (for example, payment failures, data breaches, service outages, or unauthorized access to personal data by those providers) are beyond our control.

•    Disclaimer of Liability: Go Littles disclaims all liability for any acts, errors, omissions, or breaches of security by these third-party service providers. This includes any financial loss or data compromise that may occur through your use of the payment gateways or communications systems. You agree that your sole recourse for any issues or damages arising from third-party services shall be against the third-party provider and not against Go Science.
