Go Littles by go science serves as a curator and authorized reseller of selected Baby Essentials products and toys.
We do not manufacture, alter, or service these items.
All warranties, repairs, replacements, refunds, and after-sales support (where applicable) remain exclusively with the product’s manufacturer or their authorized representatives.

SERVICEABLE AREA & DELIVERY PRIVILEGE
Delivery is offered exclusively to PIN codes published in our Serviceable Area—as indicated on our website, this Policy, and via our Delivery Checker.
Complimentary delivery applies to every order of ₹399 or more to eligible addresses.
Should your PIN code fall outside our listed areas, we warmly invite you to select Pick Up In Store at checkout, enabling collection at your convenience from our designated retail hub.
Go Science retains the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule deliveries to addresses that are inaccessible, unsafe, or otherwise deemed unsuitable, at our sole discretion, with or without providing reasons.

LOGISTICS PARTNERS & TRANSFER OF RISK
Orders are entrusted exclusively to third-party logistics providers (e.g., but not limited to, Swiggy Genie, Porter, Shiprocket, Shadowfax).
These providers operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Go Littles.
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and irrevocably accept all terms, conditions, privacy policies, and practices of these logistics providers.
Once a parcel is collected by a logistics partner, title and all associated risks transfer immediately to you.
Go Littles assumes no liability for any act, omission, or conduct of any logistics provider or their personnel, including, without limitation, events during transit.
All transit-related queries should be directed solely to the respective logistics provider.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
Within our serviceable area, first delivery attempts typically occur within one (1) to four (4) hours following order confirmation and payment authorisation.
This timeframe serves as an indicative guide rather than a guarantee. External circumstances—such as, without limitation, weather, traffic conditions, or regulatory delays—may affect actual delivery times.
Go Littles is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from such variations.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are kindly requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with an active contact number. Please ensure an authorised recipient is available at the scheduled delivery time.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, non-responsiveness, or inaccurate details, the parcel will return to our hub with no second attempt.
Within fifteen (15) business days, you may collect the parcel personally (by appointment) or arrange your own courier at your expense. Parcels unclaimed beyond this period are considered respectfully forfeited without refund, exchange, or credit.
Acceptance: Delivery confirmation by our logistics partner—via signature, OTP, photo, or app timestamp—constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and receipt by the customer.

All sales at Go Littles are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available except where expressly mandated by law. We kindly advise reviewing all product details carefully prior to purchase.

Go Littles’s total liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is limited strictly to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
We bear no liability for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., but not limited to, natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, strikes).

Orders, once confirmed, cannot be modified or cancelled.
Notifications about dispatch and delivery (e.g., but not limited to, SMS or email) are offered purely as courtesy communications and may be subject to network conditions and availability.
